Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For fixed-price projects, a partial or full upfront payment may be required before work begins.
For recurring services (such as SEO or digital marketing), payments are billed on a monthly basis.
Late or missed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, delivered milestones, or ongoing monthly services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact project timelines.
The client confirms they have the rights to all materials provided to Code Loom Tech.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
Code Loom Tech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Code Loom Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
We may use third-party tools, plugins, or services. Code Loom Tech is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, updates, or service interruptions.
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
